Experience Required
- A quantity surveying, construction management, building, engineering degree or equivalent coupled with experience in contract administration and dispute resolution within the construction industry.
- MRICS or AIQS certified preferred.
- You will also possess comprehensive knowledge on the principles and practices of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration.
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Cost-X and other relevant BIM applications
- Experience in large sized construction projects
- Minimum of four years post graduate experience
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a high-performance team.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Strong measurement and procurement skills
- Willing to work remote within FIFO roles as required.
